• Props, costumes or stage set, meant to be used in the final scene, are accidentally damaged

So who's going to pay? And how much?

WHAT DO WE COVER?

Delays, interruptions, cancellation of shooting or recording:

• Compensation for costs arising from the absence of key people from the shoot, and in cases where the film set, materials, props, costumes or accessories are unavailable.

Damage to materials, props, costumes and accessories:

• We’ll cover the damage to rented or borrowed items and take over the extra costs of items rented to replace the damaged object.

Negatives and video:

• We cover the cost of recovering negatives or videos rendered unusable during and/or after shooting.

Civil Liability:

• Coverage of the civil liability of the director/producer for damages incurred by third parties in the course of a shoot, including set up/taking down of the set
• Accidental damage to buildings (and contents) rented or borrowed for the shoot.

Personal accident cover:

• A-la carte- coverage (death, permanent or temporary disability and medical expenses) of artists, on-set staff, extras etc.
